What better way of getting to know a cuisine than by being hands on and learning some simple and easy to follow recipes in a cookery class. With the success of our recent cookery classes you can learn simple Mauritian dishes that you can cook up at home!
If this is your first time all you need is to turn up and the ingredients will be ready and waiting for you to prepare, it will be step by step taught by Selina and will be a fun class!
You will get to take away the recipes with you and even the food or sit and enjoy with other class members.
We host our classes at HQ in Croydon, Surrey or around Central London (please check our EVENTS page for upcoming dates.
If you are interested in booking a private cookery class we can do this for you at your home or at our Croydon based HQ, please email Selina to enquire.

Just wanted to send a quick message to say a big THANK YOU for your Mauritian street food cooking class tonight. I got it as a birthday present and wasn’t sure what to expect. But I really enjoyed it and can’t wait to show my friends my new skills. You created a relaxed and fun environment, the food was simple and delicious!
Thank you for the little extras too; the Mauritian rum, homemade chutneys and ice cream made the evening a very lovely one! All the effort that went into preparing for the evening didn’t go unnoticed i.e. crushing all those dhall.
“I really enjoyed your class last week, and I wanted to say a personal thanks. All of my friends also commented how well you had done. ” Jayshan, October 2014
